Delta Dental of Arizona Foundation Encourages Nonprofits to Apply for Grants

Oral Health Programs & Education Funding Applications Now Open Statewide

GLENDALE, Ariz. (Oct. 2, 2017) — Delta Dental of Arizona, through its Foundation, is looking forward to helping even more Arizonans with their oral health needs as the grants cycle for 2018 is now open. Nonprofit organizations are encouraged to apply for one, two or three-year grants ranging from $1,000 to $50,000 to support oral health initiatives and education programs. The Foundation will consider a wide range of oral health programs for families throughout Arizona.

“In keeping with one of our core values of social responsibility at Delta Dental of Arizona, our Foundation is focusing our expertise, resources, and funding to improve the oral health of uninsured, underinsured and vulnerable residents facing significant barriers to dental care and services,” said Delta Dental of Arizona President and CEO Allan Allford. “With the opening of this year’s grants cycle, I would encourage eligible organizations across our state to apply for funding that ensures all Arizonans have access to safe and effective oral health care.”

Applications for nonprofits statewide will be open until October 26 with an announcement of awardees expected in January, 2018. For a list of all past grant recipients, complete guidelines and application materials, please visit our grants page.
