Pederson is joining Arizona’s leading dental benefits provider as associate vice president of marketing and communications. Prior to joining Delta Dental of Arizona, Pederson led a performance marketing, ecommerce and brand consulting agency.

Prior to leading his own marketing company, Pederson spent seven years as the vice president of digital marketing and brand at UnitedHealthcare, where he was focused on improving customer’s digital experiences, sales growth and product marketing. Pederson also has vast corporate experience in technology, consumer goods and multi-channel retail from his previous employment with companies like ShopNBC, American Express, Best Buy and IBM.
Pederson holds a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration degree from the University of Minnesota. He also is a member of the American Marketing Association and a member of the Social Media Business Council.
