Do I need to choose a participating DeltaVision vision provider?

You may visit any vision specialist, but you will have less out of pocket expense if you see one of DeltaVision/EyeMed's participating providers.
 

To search the DeltaVision Provider Listing do the following

1. To reach the DeltaVision Search page do one of the following:

2. Select the "ADVANTAGE NETWORK"
    
3. Enter Zip code or address.
