Claims Processor
Knowledge of dental terminology and computer experience required. Will determine benefits allowable and/or payable in accordance with provider contracts, plan documents, and certificates of coverage, adhering to state and federal regulations and established policies and procedures. Initiates investigations as needed, must be accurate, detail oriented have excellent organization skills; will communicate verbally and in writing to subscribers and dentists. Must fulfill daily production quotas when processing dental insurance claims utilizing an on-line computer system.
