Delta Dental of Arizona offers a full line of employer-sponsored dental plans.

• Non-Pooled Products
  These products offer the flexibility to tailor coverages to suit a group's specific needs. Products include a traditional fee-for-service plan (Delta Dental Premier). This plan offers complete flexibility in plan design to suit the needs and budget of each group and is available on either a fully-insured or self-insured basis.
  
  
• Delta Dental National Coverage
  For businesses with employees in multiple states, Delta Dental has a national solution to dental benefits problems. Employers can offer consistent, cost-managed benefits because Delta Dental has contracts with three out of four dentists in America—the largest network in the industry.
  
  
• Pooled Products
  These products are available for organizations of 3 to 200 employees.
  
  Underwriting guidelines and participation and contribution (P&C) requirements are described in the sales materials that follow this section. Groups not eligible for the pool plans may be quoted outside of the pool by submitting the demographics of the group to the Account Representative.
  
  
• Voluntary Products
  Voluntary offers employer-sponsored dental benefits without requiring an employer contribution
  
  
• Self-Insurance/Administrative Services
  Delta Dental of Arizona's non-pooled plan (Delta Dental Premier) can be purchased as a self insured plan.
